Water Sanitation Programme To minimize diseases caused by drinking unsafe water the organization conducts water sanitation programme in villages. In this programme emphasis is given on how to use safe drinking water. Causes of water pollution and preventive measures are also explained to the community by way of arranging water sanitation camps.

Installation of Hand pumps : Keeping in view the drought condition the organization has initiated to install hand pumps in affected villages. For this the organization utilizes a participatory approach with Grampanchayat and village level committee.

Maintenance of Kheli (Water Tank) At places where old Kheli's exist, the organization has made efforts to restore them so that at the time of rainfall water could be stored in them and utilized at the time of drought and adverse conditions. Women are educated to preserve water and minimize water wastage

Vermi compost: Vermi-compost has a good market in the area which can be produced / prepared on a group basis and then can be sold to the farmers. RMKM is promoting Vermi Compost through its training camps on the subject. RMKM also organizes Environment Awareness Camps time to time. During the camps all women are introduced with factors effecting environment and their lives, directly or indirectly. They are trained in making Vermi Compost units for best use of bio degradable waste material collected due to daily activities performed by the community. How Vermis can be used to make commendable use of waste products of their daily life is taught to rural women through these awareness camps and exhibitions.
